Next, please select "Pick Up In Store" as your delivery option when checking out. This can be found on the delivery menu and you'll be able to choose your desired location depending on which is closest to you!

Once your order has been processed and packed, we'll send you an email regarding confirmation of your pick up been available. Rough pick up times are available on selection of your location but please wait for confirmation of the email in case of delays.

4. collect your package

Once you've received your pick up conformation, simply go to your chosen location during staffed hours, show your ID or quote your order number and one of our team members will have you order for you straight away!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS READY?

We endeavour to get your order ready as quick and seamlessly as possible.

All orders are shipped and processed through our Australian Muscle Salisbury Plain location.

Any orders chosen for pick up from this location are typically ready within 20-30 minutes.

Orders chosen to be picked up at Australian Muscle The Gym (Pooraka) are typically ready later in the afternoon (3-4 Hours after placing order).

If there are any further delays we will reach out to any orders effected or if you don't hear from us, please give us a call or email and we'll get back to you ASAP with an approximate collection time.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Simply bring along a form of ID or your order processing page/email and we'll have your order collected immediately.

WHERE DO I GO TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Once you've received your order regarding collection, head to the nearest location and talk to the team members behind the desk and they'll be able to help you with your order.

I CHOSE THE WRONG LOCATION, CAN I CHANGE MY PICK UP POINT?

Of course. Please email us immediately (you can reply to your order confirmation email) stating this and we'll change your pick up location and confirm. In the event your order is already at a different location we can have your order switched around but there may be a slightly delay (usually next day) changeover. Contact us straight away if there are any issues.

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?

Yes. Simply have them with a copy of your order confirmation along with ID and we'll pass on the order to them.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Once your order is available for pick up we'll have it aside as long as needed for collection. We understand that sometimes you may miss a confirmation or email so we will send a reminder and contact you if your order hasn't been picked up after a few days.
